SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
- In each degree
program Five (05) seats are reserved for Self-Finance.
- Only candidates
with Punjab Domicile can apply on Open Merit.
- Reserve seats in
BS Programs for children of Ghazi University Employees (Teaching &
Non-Teaching), Shuhaada, Disables, Minorities, Overseas Pakistanis, Nominees
of Trible Areas of DG Khan, AJK, FATA, Balochistan.
- Candidates from AJK,
FATA, Balochistan should apply in BS Programs through their respective Government
Departments.
INSTRUCTIONS
- The candidates
must submit online filed application form, upload soft copies of
relevant academic & personal documents, along with paid bank challan
of Rs.800/- at Online Admission Portal (Hard copies are not required at
this stage).
- All admission
shall remain provisional till the verification of original documents.
- Age limit for BS
admissions is 24 years (Age relaxation is subject to approval of competent
authority).
- Eligibility
criteria is available at Ghazi University website.
ADMISSION TEST
- GU Departmental
Test for M.Sc. (Hons) / MS/ M.Phil/ Ph.D. Programs will be held on
21-01-2025 at 10:00am (City Campus) in the respective departments.
- The candidates
having valid NTS GAT result card, need not to appear in GU Departmental
Test.
- Only candidates
with Qualified Test will be considered for merit determination.

Create account with a working Email address & CNIC.
All important details regarding your admission will be sent via Email. After
registering, You will receive Email to verify your Email address. Click the
link given in Email and then you will be able to login using your CNIC.

received.
- Apply Online and
Submit Form
After Login, Fill application Form properly, Incomplete
applications will not be entertained.
- Generate and Pay
Voucher
For Undergraduate (and BBA-2 Year/B.Ed-1.5 Year), Please
generate voucher, pay at nearest branch of Alied Bank Ltd. and upload it on GU
Web Portal.
For Admission in MS/MPhil/M.SC.(Hons)/PhD programs, if
applicant has a minimum score of 50% in GAT should upload result card. If GAT
is not pass, candidate must apply for departmental test. (Test Fee 1000/-)
