JOB DESCRIPTION
· Market new-to-bank clients by offering Agri products to achieve Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's asset and income growth.
· Coordinate with various functions within the bank which generally include Risk Management, CAD and other business units.
· Preparation of credit proposals and coordination with Credit Initiation Unit- ACD for obtaining credit approvals.
· Coordinate with Credit Administration for preparation of documentation once credit limits are approved/renewed.
· Ensure that all related administrative functions, most importantly file maintenance, including regular stock inspections, call reports, periodic appraisals are performed in a timely manner. Any other task assigned by the Line management.
· Responsible for collection and recovery of tagged portfolio.
· Deposit Procurement
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Qualification:
Degree from HEC recognized University/Foreign University,
preferably in Agriculture.
Age:
Up to 55 Years as of January 17th, 2025.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of Banking Experience. Preference will be given
to candidates having 2 or above years of similar experience
